Caterpillar Post Card Arrives
We received this postcard from our Cat deale. Asking where’s BOB? The postcard with a picture of a BOBCAT in the background. This was either a national ad program or a dealer created ad for the region. It just so happens we just saw BOB over the holidays and he ask us to pass the word along.
Where’s BOB – We can happily report that BOB is doing fine vacationing in Bermuda. It seems that he was being overworked and fortunately found some very ingenious South Koreans to sell BOBCAT too; THE DOOSAN CO; They have the SAVVY and INSIGHT to help take BOBCAT to the next level with regard to world sales and production as well as incorporating new and advanced technologies and bundling it into a machine that sells for less and runs for less allowing the CONTRACTOR more opportunities for profits. It is like buying an LG washer and dryer or refrigerator at a Best Buy or Fry’s for half the money. Ask Best Buy and Fry’s why they sell South Korean made LG’s and they will both tell you the buyer customers demand it and in this particular case it is undoubtly the most expensive of all the Brands offered. In the case of Doosan excavators, wheel loaders, engines, forklifts, and now BOBCAT skid steers, the price of this advanced Korean technology is actually cheaper than the American made competition. Should Caterpillar be concerned?
